Compliance

RBC Life Sciences, Inc. (RBC) supports the activities of its Associates through a compliance enforcement program, designed to ensure that all Associates conduct their business in accordance with RBC’s Associate Policies and Procedures.

The Policies and Procedures are an integral part of the RBC Application and Agreement (the “Agreement”). Each RBC Associate is responsible for adhering to the Agreement and the Policies and Procedures. Violation may subject the Associate to disciplinary sanctions including possible termination of an Associate’s account and Agreement.

Each Associate’s personal commitment to abide by the Agreement and the Policies and Procedures helps ensure a secure future for the Company, its shareholders, employees, Associates and customers.

We trust that the combination of resources provided by RBC, our affiliations with reputable trade associations and each individual's personal commitment to promote RBC in accordance with the Agreement and the Policies and Procedures will help create a secure future for the Company, its shareholders, Associates, customers and employees. Questions, concerns, and Associate compliance reports may be submitted to the Compliance Committee at RBC via email addressed to compliance@rbcls.com or by mail addressed to Compliance Committee, PO Box 167008, Irving, Texas 75038.

Intellectual Property

RBC aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. Notice of claims of copyright, trademark, and patent infringement can be submitted by mail addressed to Legal Department, PO Box 167008, Irving, Texas 75038 or via email addressed to CustomerCare@rbclifesciences.com.

Direct Selling Association

RBC is a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), the national trade association of leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods andservices sold directly to consumers. RBC’s mission and purpose are consistent with those of the DSA, and we vigorously support and follow the DSA Code of Ethics, which allows violations of the DSA Code to be reported to the Code Administrator.
